However, over the course of a life, this inherent flow between your heart and sexual energy is interrupted and becomes blocked. Because the heart and sexual fire are disconnected, the heart can be left to feel flat, numb, unreachable, and with no permission to be the regenerative fuel that moves you forward in your life! Our desires often remain hidden, protected, unexpressed, and unseen by the rest of the world.

In this workshop, you will learn simple and accessible exercises and together, we will address, alter and resolve the internal and external obstacles you face so you can live from the true power of your heart and sexual fire.
